Andrew James
Chief Executive, Builth Wells
Andrew joined in 1997 as the 5b project officer and went onto become the Society’s first Chief Executive in 2002, replacing the previous title of Breed Secretary for the Society.
Trisha Powell,
Office Administrator, Builth Wells
Trisha joined in 2000 as an officer for the Objective 1 Herd Health project and is also the Secretary of the Organic Club, which was funded by the Welsh Development Agency.
Pat Thompson,
Office Administrator, Caernarfon
Pat has been the Society’s administrator since 1973 and is responsible for cattle registrations, membership, Society sale entries and day to day enquiries.
Dafydd James,
Assistant to the Chief Executive
Dafydd joined the society in 2008 as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Mr Andrew James.
After graduating from the University of Swansea Dafydd decided to broaden his horizons and with the help of the Young Farmers Federation made trips to Australasia and North America working on local farms before settling home to help run the Tyllwyd herd of Organic Welsh Black Cattle and direct meat business with his parents.
