Birth Notification Submission Form

Welcome to the Welsh Black Pedigree Birth Notification Submission Form.  Please complete the form in full.  Only members of The Welsh Black Cattle Society may use this facility.  You must fill in a new form for every animal that you wish to be registered.
Once submitted the form will be sent to the Welsh Black Cattle Society for consideration into the Herd book. Also a copy will be sent to your contact email address, please keep this copy for your records.
