Sixteen pedigree Welsh Black Cattle have left the green green grass of home to join Denmark 's first pedigree Welsh Black Cattle herd.

The Welsh Black Cattle Society held their second pedigree store sale of the autumn at Dolgellau cattle market on 7 November 2008.

A major reduction sale of the Rhaeader herd was held on Wednesday the 5 th of November 2008 at Old Hall, Dolau, Llandrindod Wells under instruction from Charmaine Middleton. 

Andrew James, chief executive of the Welsh Black Cattle Society, is predicting a "wonderful opportunity" for buyers when the society's next pedigree cattle sale is held at Dolgellau on Tuesday, November 4.
